Hello! This is Iris Fae, and I wanted to take you on a journey of the mind and what a relaxing, healthy, energy filled day would be like where you express thankfulness and gratitude. This may help you relax and bring some peace to your day, in addition to help you become more aware of your day-to-day routine. We often take the basic things for granted, so this will help you realize that everything is worth thanking.

Before we begin, be sure to find a comfortable place where you can fully relax and not be disturbed. And know that at any point, if something arises or you feel uncomfortable, that you can wake up. Please do not listen to this while driving or during moments where you need your focus elsewhere.

Once you have found a spot where you can fully relax and let yourself go, it's time to begin. Just take a few deep breaths and calm your mind. It begins now, so visualize the following things as if you were doing them on a day-to-day basis. Alternatively, you can also perform these actions while listening to these steps.

It's morning, and you just woke up feeling rested and ready to begin the day. Before you get out of bed, set your intention for the day, which is to have an amazing day filled with positivity, radiance, and active energy, all while feeling relaxed and at ease. Say to yourself, "Today is going to be an amazing day!"

Get out of bed, thrilled about the day. Do some stretches to activate your body and allow energy to flow through it. Stretching allows your body to fully awaken. Stretch and loosen up your body as you feel all tightness and tension melt away as you become more flexible and relaxed. Stretch your legs, arms, back, and neck as they all become less restricted and more flexible. As your muscles become more flexible, your stress and anxiety diminishes and your focus for the day amplifies as your intention you have set for yourself is being realized.

Another crucial part of the morning is to get proper nutrition. Go into the kitchen and prepare yourself a healthy, complete meal that perhaps includes fresh fruits, grains, fiber, and protein. This delicious meal is packed with vitamins and minerals. It'll jump start your day and allow you to have a great day. Give yourself some time to prepare this delicious, nutritious meal, whatever it may be, while knowing that this meal will give you vitality.

After the meal is prepared, sit down to eat it. Feel thankful for the food you have before you, and for the wonderful energy it will bring to your being when you consume it. Begin to enjoy this food as you feel thankful for it's wonderful taste and life giving properties. With each bite, you notice your body and mind awakening further as you become filled with energy. You are grateful for this life giving food and how positive and filled with energy it is making you.

After you are finished eating, it's time to go about your usual routine. What kind of job do you do? How do you make money? Perhaps you are learning and going to school? Whatever it is, be thankful for the chance to learn and grown, as well as to make a living for yourself. Even if you are just getting by with your income, be thankful for the money you have and are making. Save the money you have, and give thanks each and every day that you are able to support yourself. Learning is so important as well. Be thankful for the information you know in this world. Be thankful for each day of learning something new. Each day is a chance to learn something new.

When you have completed today's tasks, feel thankful for the day. Even with any sort of stress, you are able to manage it effectively while continuing to learn and grow. If you need some nourishment, make yourself some food and retain that positive mindset and thankfulness for what you have in your life. Make healthy food to energize your body and fill it with the nutrients you need. Consuming the food and feeling the positive benefits as your energy increases and you feel alive and awake.

After you have acquired this life giving energy from the food, perhaps it's time for your daily cleaning routine. Taking a shower is not only a great way to clean the body, but also the emotional and spiritual being. Prepare yourself for a shower and set your intention that it will wash away all negativity that resides in your mind and body. As you enter the shower and feel the water beating down on you, feel thankful for the water and the ability to clean yourself. Feel all negative emotions, guilt, and sadness just wash right off of you and flow down the drain. Feel the water rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. This clean, healing energy from the water washing away all negativity as it brings in positivity into your being. All while being thankful for the ability to clean the negativity and for the positivity to radiate within you.

When you are done with the shower, simply prepare yourself for bedtime. Whatever activities you do after the shower, do them now and feel thankful for the ability to do so. It's time for some relaxation, meditation, and some time for self reflection before going to bed. Do some light stretches to loosen up your body and then get into bed in a sleeping position. Simply calm the mind and focus inward. Take some deep breaths as the active thoughts of the day, stress at work, school, or in life, just fade away. Feeling calm in your thoughts. Reflect on the day, feeling thankful for today and whatever it brought. Even if it wasn't one of your best days, there is always something you can get out of it and be grateful for. Recognize these things and be thankful for all the things you have in your life. Say to yourself, "Today was filled with learning experiences. I am grateful for the day and the things I have in my life." List the things you have in your life that you are thankful for, even if it's just one thing. Perhaps you are thankful for your family, your friends, your health, or anything else. The more you recognize what you are thankful for, the easier it'll be to express gratitude in all areas of life.

Begin to close your eyes and drift off to sleep. You will dream of your future aspirations and goals as they become a reality in your waking existence. Make this day a reality. Make this day your routine to live happy and healthy. Today was a great day, and tomorrow will be as well. Stay with these positive feelings that are within you for as long as you like. Wherever you are ready to wake up, all you have to do is open your eyes while continuing to feel this happiness, energy, and thankfulness in life. Showing gratitude for everything you have in life.
