Hello! This is Iris Fae, and this is going to be a guided meditation to help you clear out negative emotions and be in more of a positive mindset. Be sure to find a comfortable place where you can fully relax and not be disturbed. And know that at any point, if something arises or you feel uncomfortable, that you can wake up.

Once you have found a spot where you can fully relax and let yourself go, gently close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Begin to become aware of your current emotional state. Perhaps you feel sad or depressed, maybe even angry. Whatever it is, bring your attention to it and understand why you feel this way. Realize that you don't have to resonate with your emotions. They do not define you. Rather, they are here to help us learn and grown. We experience the negative emotions so we can experience the positive ones. But, we have to first let go and overcome these negative emotions that may appear to trap us. So, that is what we are going to be doing.

Imagine you are in a long hallway. At the end of the hallway is a staircase of several steps going up. Slowly begin to make your way towards this staircase which each step relaxing you. (Step, step, step, step.) With each step you become more and more relaxed and focused on reaching the staircase. (Step, step, step, step.) The closer you get, the more relaxed your body and mind feel as it becomes easier for you to focus on this staircase you are approaching. Getting close and closer to this staircase as you become more and more relaxed and focused.

Approaching the staircase now. Observe the staircase and how many steps it has. This is important since this staircase represents emotions. Generally the lower down on the staircase, the more sadness and depression you may have. Midway up the staircase can represent anger. At the top of the staircase lies pure happiness, love, and acceptance of yourself and others. The higher up on the staircase you are, the higher your vibration and mindset. Depending on your current mindset, there may be a lot of steps to climb, or only a few. Regardless, you know that making your way up these stairs will allow you to let go of the negative emotions you are feeling.

Before you begin to go up these stairs, realize that this will be an emotional journey. Only go as far as you feel comfortable with. If it is too difficult, it's perfectly fine to stay on whatever step you are on at that time. There is no pressure and no limits. Observe how you currently feel. Maybe it's sadness and depression, or maybe it's anger or frustration. Whatever it is, it is now time to begin to slowly go up theses stairs. Remember, you can stop at any point if it feels uncomfortable for you.

Lift your foot and climb the first stair. How do you feel? Observe your emotions and what is going on in your mind associated with these emotions. Continue upwards, taking the steps one by one. With each step, you begin to feel a subtle change in how you feel. Whatever you feel, let yourself feel this emotion. Go with the flow of the emotions that you experience on this staircase.

Continue going up these stair and observe the emotions you feel. Say to yourself, "It's perfectly natural to feel these emotions. When these emotions no longer serve me, I can easily move on from them." Continue upwards as you experience a variety of emotions and allow them to flow through you. Bring your attention to them, and then gently let it go and continue upward.

As you are getting closer to the top of the staircase, you notice a warm light coming from the top that invites you into a high vibrational state, filled with happiness. The closer you get to this light, the happier you become.

Continue upward and getting to the final step. This final step will allow you to enter into the warm, inviting light, filled with happiness and acceptance. Go up the final step. Enter into this light and let go of all resistance and feel a sense of happiness and bliss. Observe everything you feel. Allow yourself to feel happiness and acceptance. You are loved and cared for. You are accepted for who you are, flaws and all.

Stay with this feeling and let it motivate and encourage you to accomplish your goals and dreams in this world. Observe all that you feel, hear, and see in this place and allow it to bring you even more happiness, love, and relaxation.

You may stay here for as long as you like. When you are ready to leave, all you have to do is simply open your eyes. You will retain this happiness you have discovered at the top of these stairs.
